Sam began his second career in real estate by becoming a licensed California REALTOR in 1990, selling real estate in San Diego and Riverside counties. In 1995 Sam moved to Arizona and began successfully selling Arizona real estate. Sam is currently a licensed REALTOR in both Arizona and California.

Prior to becoming a REALTOR in 1990, Sam had a successful 22 year career in the mainframe computer industry in Marketing, Project Management, Sales and System Engineering. During his career Sam has lived in and owned homes in California, Florida, Virginia, Maryland, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Texas. As a result, Sam understands and is sympathetic to the issues associated with relocation from his first hand experiences.

Sam is a U.S. military veteran, having served in the United States Navy as an Electronics Technician, Petty Officer Third Class and honorably discharged. During Sam’s stint in the Navy, he was stationed at Great Lakes, Ill for Boot Camp and Class A Naval Electronics School before being stationed at Miramar Naval Air Station north of San Diego to maintain U.S. Navy and FAA ground electronics communications equipment to communicate with civilian and military aircraft.

Sam grew up in southwestern Michigan where he met his wife. They are proud parents of two children who live out of state.
